In Kazakhstan will be opened specialized regional trials of difficult criminal cases’ consideration with juror’s participating

In Kazakhstan will appear specialized regional trials, which will consider the most difficult criminal affairs with juror’s participating. This information was declared on the Almaty judgement’s conference by the Higher Court of the Kazakhstan Republic Mr. Kairat Mami.

“If now in judgements with juror’s participating considered affairs with the death punishment and confinement for life sentences, and now in judgements will be considered all types of hardest crimes,”- précised  K.Mami.

By his words, this kind of specialty will diminish the pressure on regional judgements; where in addition placed the functions, considering affairs about giving sanctions for arresting. As K.Mami said: “The members of criminal persecution don’t  pay attention on the collection of information; which is the main ground for arresting. Some judges have got used to go by law-enforcement members’ interests. On the other hand, not always the arguments of protectors, about protégé conclusion’s inexpedience, are taken into the consideration“
