In the
autumn of 2014 Kazakhstan for the second time will report to the Human Rights
Council of the UN in the Universal Periodic Review. More than a dozen of Kazakhstani
NGOs and NGO coalitions sent to the Working Group on the UPR their version of
how the Kazakh authorities to implement the recommendations presented by the
international community.
In 2010,
during the first UPR report, representatives of Kazakhstan took 121
recommendation, while rejecting 7.
