In three years the tax committee across Semipalatinsk has suddenly convicted legal experts in non-payment of corporate surtax on the grant in the size for 1 million 896 thousand tenge.
– It was when between the USA and Kazakhstan was signed the agreement, that the means received from American granters, are released from payments of taxes! – is indignant Maira Abenova. – to defend our correctness it was possible in two judicial instances. But in the end of last year supervising board of regional court, and after it the State Office of Public Prosecutor have found our reasons groundless, because fund ” NED ” for not clear reason has not appeared in + the Kazakhstan list of American granters! Then Kevin Milas, the Charge d’Affaires ad interim in businesses of the USA in Kazakhstan, has considered event infringement of the agreement between two countries what has declared in the letter to chairman of Tax committee of RK Ergozhin.
