Eugeniy Zhovtis has been released from settlement colony

Eugeniy ZHOVTIS, famous Kazakhstan human rights defender and director of Kazakhstan International bureau for human rights and rule of law was released from settlement colony of Ust-Kamenogorsk city where he spent almost 2 and a half of year.

Nearest days he will spend with his colony friends who like him were released on amnesty. In Almaty Eugeniy Zhovtis will arrive in Tuesday, February 21.
