Aktobe members of party “Azat” brought the city administration (akimat) into court for refusal of undertaking the mass-meeting firstly in the centre of Aktobe and then – on the stadium of the microarea “Aviagorodok”.
– Letter-statements about that we want to conduct the peace meeting on the February 21st with requirement of the government’s retirement, city akimat we sent twice- on 10th of February, then on February 13th, – declares Aidos Sadykov, the chairman of Aktobe regional branch of party “Azat”
First time oppositionists asked to give them area for mass-meeting beside the regional akimat but have got refusal. That’s why they asked for the stadium on the 13th of February. And they have got refusal again: they were late because under the law demand is given at least for 10 days before the actions beginning.
