Akimat of Atyrau area and branches of eight parties postponed signing the memorandum on supporting the antirecessionary program because of a point about moratorium on mass-meetings. The Branch of “Azat” is going to litigate with officials because of breaches of the constitutional rights.
In akimat of Atyrau area, on Wednesday, on the February 18th, the administration of the area and leaders of regional branch of political parties and public-political movements were gathered for signing the memorandum on supporting the regional antirecessionary program which is realized by the local organ executive authorities.
On meeting of signing the memorandum presented representatives of presidential party “Nur-Otan”, National social-democratic party (NSDP), Communist party of Kazakhstan, party “Auyil”, Party of patriots, party “Ruhaniat”, Communistic public party of Kazakhstan, party “Adilet”.
The representatives of oppositional party “Alga” and party “Azat” did not come to the meeting.
Zhumabai Dospanov, the leader of the regional branch of NSDP darkened with his own presentation on solemn signing the document.

There was a debate between officials and oppositionists. The signing of the memorandum was postponed to complete the “antirecessionary” sixth point. The political parties supported the local authority’s actions – on keeping prices on products of the feeding, on restriction of the unemployment and financial stabilization.
The leaders of parties’ branches and public-political movements had taken addresses to inhabitants of Atyrau area on results of the meeting. Address calls for conservation public-political stability, the world and consents in region and in country, crossing zany attempts of the kindling in society social, interethnic and interconfessional discord.
Zhalgas Tkenbaev, the leader of Atyrau branch of “Azat” party reported to the reporter of our radio Azattyk that he was invited to the signing of the memorandum, however he is not going to sign it and moreover members of his party gave to the akimat of Atyrau a new application for undertaking the mass-meeting on February 28th.
